Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the product is cleaned, unused, and securely repacked in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location using the provided shipping instructions.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
